Richard Cromwick - QKA, QPA, APR, ERPA, M.A. Director/Pension Services
Richard Cromwick started working in the pension industry over 20 years ago. In 2007,he formed a partnership with Tom Davey in order to create Cromwick & Davey Retirement Planners, LLC. Richard currently holds designations with both the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA). In addition,Richard earned his M.A. degree in Mathematics from the University of Arizona. His extensive background in both mathematics and the pension industry allows him to design highly individualized plans for clients. Richard is particularly effective at creating combination Defined Contribution/Defined Benefit plans which maximize both the owner’s tax deductable contribution and the percentage of the contribution which goes back to the owner. Richard’s high energy makes him well suited for giving seminars on qualified plans and IRS regulations.
