About Davey Administration Group

Davey Administration Group is a third party employee benefits design and administration firm with locations in Fresno,CA and Las Vegas, NV. Founded by Tom Davey in 1991, we have specialized in the design, implementation and administration of Qualified Pension, Section 125 “Cafeteria” and Health Savings Account (HSA) plans. In 2007, Tom Davey partnered with Richard Cromwick and established a new office in Las Vegas, NV. Currently,both locations serve over 700 clients. While the company has experienced continual growth over the years, the goal is to maintain a level of personal service and relationships that is unique in the industry.
In addition to our experienced in-house staff (with over 100 years of combined experience), we have retained local and national pension consulting firms, including ERISA attorneys and Actuaries, to assist our clients and referral sources as warranted.
While each plan is assigned to a Senior Administrator, all seven of our administrators collaborate to provide accurate and timely assistance to our clients. In addition, all Defined Benefit Pension plans are reviewed and certified by an Enrolled Actuary. This process allows for quality control to ensure accurate and consistent output as well as meeting regulatory requirements.
